Board Members - Prevention Policy Organizers

1. Elected officers of the board shall be a President, a Vice-President, a Scretary, and a Treasurer. Officers are elected for two-year terms and shall constitute the make up of the Executive Committee, which shall have the authority to transact necessary business and act on behalf of the full Board during interim periods between scheduled board meetings. The President (or designee) shall notify all board members within ten (10) working days of any actions taken by the Executive body.
